We wanted a caricature for our retiring Matron and initially had a bad experience with a different caricaturist, however on persevering we found Dr Cartoon. He was able to meet our tight timescale and we were happy with his clear, prompt communication. The draft that followed a day later was exactly what we were wanting. The final coloured version arrived in time and our Matron loved his present, it was a great way to show our thanks to him.

Contacted Duncan to do a caricature for my brother’s 60th Birthday. From first contact to last, the service was absolutely top drawer. The process was very quick, easy, seamless and the price was fantastic for such a magnificent product and service. Having furnished Duncan with photos and info capturing the story about my brother and the significant aspects of my brothers life, he very quickly sent me a sketch of his interpretation. The picture summed my brother up to a tee and I was gobsmacked by the extent to which he had highly imaginatively done so but mostly by the astounding likeness and character that he had captured just from photos and words. My brother is absolutely over the moon with this amazing, truly personal gift. Duncan is a very, very nice man and hugely talented. The perfect gift!!!

This was a present for a friend's 70th birthday celebrations; good communications with Duncan set the stage and, after a couple of email exchanges, the final 'scene' was agreed. The turnaround from 'flash to bang' was swift and the result was an absolutely fantastic drawing that literally was the the talk of the party - it is now pride of place in the 'Man Cave'.

I would strongly recommend Duncan's artwork and will undoubtedly use him again for future gifts.

I first made contact on Saturday evening. By early Sunday morning I had a pencil sketch to view and by Wednesday lunch-time I had the completed coloured caricature. A first-class job and first-class service. This is the way to do business! Everyone in the golf club was amazed at how quickly the job was done and the remarkable likeness of the recipient.
